What Topview Bot Handles on a Repeated Client Brief

A client who liked the last video usually asks for another. The product changes. The look often should not. The slow part is typing the brief again, moving a file from a chat into a generator, and waiting on one shot before the next can start.

Topview Bot is a creative teammate inside the Board for that repeat. The page lists the jobs it can take. It does not say the Bot is the video model, and a clip it helps make is not a day on the client’s set.

The work it can hold

A Topview Bot remembers preferences such as lighting, color, and pacing, so the next job does not open on a blank description of the same style. It can bring those preferences from ChatGPT, from Claude, or from a Board you already use. You can also say the style in your own words. Read what it kept. A look saved for a dark launch film will miss a bright daytime demo.

On the Board, the conversation and the generation stay in one place. You can ask it to look at a result. A supported asset can go into the next task without a download and a second upload. You still decide whether that shot is the one to send.

The next video for the same client

The page’s product example is a campaign that already has a style. Find visual references, plan a few concepts, and reuse the brand look you saved. One request it shows is to find cinematic references for a product and plan three concepts from that saved style. That line is the page’s sample. It is not a campaign measured here.

What you get is a plan and assets in the project. It is not footage of the client’s shop, and it is not a sales figure. The product in the shot has to be one the client may show. People in it are characters you described, unless those people agreed to appear.

More than one job at once

One chat asked to write the script, write the picture prompts, and sort the files becomes hard to read. The page splits those jobs. A Story Bot can outline an episode while a Director Bot plans shots and an Organizer Bot groups the assets. Supported shots can generate at the same time, when the model and the account allow it. The jobs overlap. The review still happens.

A short film can use the same path. The page’s sample is a storyboard that starts from cinematic preferences you already saved. A multi-episode story can be split the same way: outlines, shot planning, and a Board that stays sorted. Each Bot runs in its own cloud environment and can take supported tasks beyond a fixed shortcut. Separate chats can stay separate inside one Board, and still share the project context where that is relevant.

The workspace around the Bot

Topview is the workspace you open for the video itself. You describe an idea or add a script, a reference video, or a product URL. It plans scenes, selects models, generates assets, and keeps the shots editable on Canvas. The Bot is the teammate inside the Board. You reach it from the homepage, from a Bot conversation on the Board, or from the floating assistant while a shot is already underway. The product URL becomes a video. It does not publish the client’s page.

References, the pile, and a sequence you can run again

When you can picture a shot and cannot find a frame, describe it in ordinary language. The Bot searches the film references it can reach, and it can also look through image results and Pinterest. Which sources come back depends on the task and on how the product is set. Use the frame as a reference for the look. Leave it out of the client’s post. It is not a license to republish the film.

References, storyboards, and finished shots collect on the Board. Ask the Bot to group them by scene, by stage, or by purpose. Check that this client’s files did not land in another project’s pile.

Memory is the look and the working habits. A Skill is a sequence you want to run again, such as finding references, planning shots, and producing assets. The page does not ship a finished skill for your client’s brand. You save the steps you actually repeat.

What is still yours to settle

Sharing a Bot you have configured is marked as a preview. The aim is that a teammate starts from the same preferences, skills, and methods, instead of rebuilding the style in an empty chat. What travels with the Bot, who can open it, and when that share is finished can still change.

Search results vary. Parallel shots depend on the model and the account. A generated room is not the client’s office. Anything you upload has to be something you may use. Commercial use of the video follows the terms and the plan of the model you generate with. The Bot page does not print a separate price for the Bot.

Three starts the page lists

Open the Bot from the homepage, switch to a Bot conversation in the Board, or use the floating assistant.

Tell it what this client video is, give the visual preferences, or bring them from ChatGPT, Claude, or a Board you trust.

Ask for references, a storyboard, the assets, a Board that has been grouped, or work split across more than one Bot. Watch the result before it goes out under the client’s name.
